OHS Policy

At MND Kahvaltılık Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., our Occupational Health and Safety Policy is founded on respect for people and the environment in which they live and work.

To ensure a safe and healthy working environment across all areas of our operations, every individual is responsible for fulfilling their duties within the scope of their authority and responsibilities. One of our primary objectives is to protect our employees, contractors, visitors, and the surrounding community from the potential risks associated with our industry and operations.

By fostering a strong health and safety culture, we are committed to preventing occupational accidents and illnesses, continuously improving our working conditions, and ensuring the well-being of everyone involved in our activities.

In this regard;

As part of our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy, we are committed to:

  • Taking all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of employees, contractors, visitors, and company personnel working outside the workplace, in compliance with applicable OHS legislation and other relevant requirements; providing the necessary equipment, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensuring their proper use when required.
  • Identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, and potential accident risks that may lead to occupational accidents or work-related illnesses through effective risk assessment processes.
  • Determining workplace risks that could cause occupational accidents and diseases, while safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of employees, visitors, and contractors at all levels, and minimizing potential material and moral losses for them and their families.
  • Providing continuous training to our employees on occupational health and safety matters and fostering a strong culture of health and safety awareness throughout the organization.
  • Ensuring that contractors and visitors operating within our facilities comply with the occupational health and safety rules and standards established by MND GIDA A.Ş.
  • Positioning MND GIDA A.Ş. as a leading and exemplary company in Occupational Health and Safety practices among industry organizations, chambers of commerce, and professional associations.
